Carmel has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and having previously worked in Ulster Bank within various business banking and commercial finance for SMEs. She has expertise in supporting a range of Working Capital & Cashflow transactions to facilitate growth and expansion.

We funded our client who provide labour through sub-contract work in the engineering sector with a €5 million facility in place in order to help finance their business expansion and place an additional 350 staff across Ireland. With Bad Debt Protection on this facility our client is protects up to 90% of the value of invoices and is safeguarded them from the risk non-repayment.

We provided our client, an award-winning Irish cosmetics brand, with a €2m facility to keep up with explosive wholesale demand and growth of the business, including additional retail outlets. Our client is in recruitment and works to place staff predominately in healthcare and hospitality. Following a recent MBO, our €3m facility has provided a steady working capital solution, and allowed them to continue placing staff across the country. For added peace of mind, they added Bad Debt Protection across their debtors ledger to protect against debtor insolvency and non-payment.
